The State of NH, Department of
Health and Human Services, Division of Child Support Services
(DCSS) tries to ensure that the information made available on
this website (e-ChildSupport) is accurate and complete. DCSS may
make changes to the website at any time to update, add or
correct the information available. DCSS may also suspend or
discontinue making the information available to users for any
reason, including abuse and misuse of the site.

DCSS takes very seriously the
integrity of the information and systems that it maintains. As
such, DCSS has instituted security measures for all information
systems under its control so that information will not be lost,
misused or altered.

DCSS computer resources and

available on e-ChildSupport assumes the risk of using or relying
on such information. Neither DCSS, its employees, nor its agents

incidental, or consequential damages incurred as a result of
viewing, distributing, or copying materials on the sites made
available to registered users, even if advised of the
possibility of such damages.
5. MONITORING AND PROTECTING THE SYSTEM FROM INTRUSION
All DCSS computer systems are
subject to monitoring to assure proper functioning of the system
and to provide security for the computer system's operation. By
using the e-ChildSupport website, you are consenting to the
exercise of such monitoring practices. The State reserves the
right to use any legally appropriate measures to prevent and
investigate anyone attempting to modify, deface, delete or
otherwise tamper with or abuse a State website, server,
database, information system, or other State technology asset.
Unauthorized use or attempts to
access the data for anything other than its intended purpose is
prohibited and may result in criminal prosecution. A log of all
requests to access case data is recorded.
6. COOKIES
"Cookies" are a standard web
technology consisting of small files placed on your computer by
a web server. The server uses them to both store and retrieve
information about your visit. Certain services, such as New
Hampshire DCSS use cookies to enhance the user experience and/or
avoid multiple login/password authentications.
DCSS discourages the use of web
cookies on its websites. Temporary cookies, however, may be used
when necessary to complete a transaction or enhance the user
experience of using the site.
7. INTERACTIVE FIELDS
Some pages on our website
contain interactive fields that let you voluntarily submit
personal information (such as your e-mail address, name and
address). This occurs when you are requesting or submitting
information or registering for various services offered by DCSS.

8. CHILD SUPPORT
Individuals who have a child
support case may access data related to support payments,
balances due and case status. This private and confidential
information is intended to be available only to the individual
parties in the case. You must have a case number to register for
use on this site. If you do not have your child support case
number, please contact DCSS. To access the data after you
register, you will need to know your individual user name and
password.
Every effort is made to ensure
that the data provided is accurate and current. If you believe
any information provided is inaccurate, please inform us as soon
as possible.
